Returning to the distillery, guests will prepare their own traditional rowan jelly, discovering the history and folklore behind this much-loved Scottish preserve.
The experience concludes with a relaxed Bothy Board of locally sourced produce, showcasing how rowan jelly pairs beautifully with cheeses and savoury dishes.
