Elderflower Pressé & New Make Spirit Cocktail Workshop

In early summer the hedgerows around Glen Prosen fill with the delicate scent of elderflower. Join us for a guided walk through the surrounding landscape to learn how to identify and sustainably forage these seasonal blossoms.

Back at the distillery, guests will create their own batch of traditional elderflower pressé before discovering how this bright floral flavour pairs beautifully with our Glen Prosen Highland Single Malt “New Make” Spirit in a refreshing seasonal cocktail.

The experience concludes with a New Make Spirit elderflower cocktail and a locally inspired Bothy Board, celebrating the flavours of the Scottish countryside.

Guests take home:

• A bottle of elderflower pressé
• Recipe card to recreate it at home
• Knowledge of seasonal foraging traditions
