Distillery Lead/Manager

Nestled in the heart of Glen Prosen, Angus, The Bothy Distillery is an independent small-batch whisky producer inspired by the natural beauty and heritage of Scotland’s glens. We craft our Glen Prosen Highland Single Malt using traditional methods, local ingredients, and sustainable practices - honouring history while shaping the future of whisky.

We’re now seeking an experienced and hands-on Distillery Lead / Manager to oversee day-to-day production and uphold the high standards of quality and authenticity that define our brand. This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in a growing, independent distillery - managing every aspect of production, from mashing and fermentation to distillation, warehousing, and cask management.
